Our pride in our work is reflected in our generous 6 year warranty that commences from the receipt of your USB drives. Our warranty covers the print quality and physical defects. USB Stick Pro does not guarantee exact colour matches unless specific PMS numbers are issued and USB Stick Pro confirms the colour matching in writing (usually via email). Warranty is limited to the replacement of defective goods, the approval of USB Stick Pro is required prior to the return of goods. Printing errors on proofs approved by the customer is the responsibility of the customer.
USB Stick Pro does not provide a warranty for any damage caused during shipping. Prior to the return of our goods, the customer must contact USB Stick Pro within the warranty period, shall Wholesale USB decide there are reasonable grounds for a return, USB Stick Pro will replace the goods at USB Stick Pro’s expense. No refund is offered for the shipping on returns in regard to the original order (the order upon which the return is based). If USB Stick Pro decides they cannot meet your requirements for the replacement of the returned goods, USB Stick Pro will refund the cost of the goods and any set up charges, there will be no re-stocking fee applied although no refund is offered for shipping. Refunds may be reduced if the goods are not returned in the original conditions and if the correct quantity of the goods is not returned. You must obtain a return number from us via email prior to returning the goods otherwise the goods will not be accepted.
